1. Payment
1.1 There will be no delivery until cleared funds have been received (except for trade customers where credit facilities have been agreed).
1.2 Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

      UK customers:
1.3 Payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit/debit card.

      International customers:
1.4 Payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Alipay or credit/debit card.
1.5 Where prices are shown in a currency other than British Pounds, they are converted from British Pounds using exchange rates updated daily from Open Exchange Rates plus a markup of 5%.


2. Delivery

2.1 The cut-off time for same-day despatch is 14:00 London time, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this will ship the next business day (Mon – Fri). Sometimes delays are inevitable due to workload.
2.2 Next day shipping is not a guaranteed service, and I won’t be responsible for delays. Next day specifically means Monday to Friday, and excludes public holidays.
2.3 Customers in Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Channel Islands: If you select Parcelforce or DHL shipping, your order will actually ship by Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 or Parcel 24 service. This is due to the high extra costs levied by the carriers. 
2.4 The goods will be delivered to the name & address you give when you place your order. Please ensure that your address is correctly spelt – it will be sent it to the exact address given and I will not be responsible for incorrect spelling or omissions when you placed your order.
2.5 Domestic orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48, Parcelforce or DHL Parcel. Overseas orders are shipped by Airmail, UPS or Interparcel (who in turn use Landmark, ECMS or Spring, depending on the shipping location).
2.6 I reserve the right to increase postage costs as carriers increase them, without notice.
2.7 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been processed (paid for), except for pre-orders and back-orders – where they will be delivered as soon as all items are in stock. I will not be liable for loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 
2.8 Overseas (non EU) orders are shipped DAP (deliver at place), which means customs charges, domestic taxes and associated handling charges are payable by you.
2.9 EU customers are now able to prepay import taxes at checkout for orders under EUR150 using the EU IOSS system. Orders transit customs much quicker and there are no extra costs.
2.10 Your receipt will be emailed to you, as will your despatch note and tracking details, if necessary. I am not responsible for incorrect spellings or undelivered emails.
2.11 If your book is returned by the postal service or courier due to the address being incorrect, refusal of delivery or any other reason that is not our fault, I will charge to re-ship your order. The charge is the shipping cost as calculated by the shopping cart for your order. For UK orders this is £4.50 for second class post under 2kg, or £8.00 for Parcelforce.
2.12 I am happy to deliver your goods to a freight forwarder or secondary shipping address. If the goods are signed for as received in good condition, I will not be responsible for any damage that subsequently occurs. 


3. Risk/Title
3.1 Goods are at your risk from the time of delivery to the address you have given.
3.2 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until I have received in full (cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the goods and all other sums which are or which become due to me from you on any account.
3.3 I shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from me.


4. Damages, Returns and Refunds
4.1 If the book you bought from this website is damaged, please contact me within three days (24 hours for business customers) and keep the packaging as evidence. I require photographs of damage to the books and packaging. For trade orders, replacement books will ship when photographic evidence of damage has been received.
4.2 If you bought your book from another source and it is damaged or defective, please contact them.
4.3 Royal Mail will not consider a claim for a lost item until 15 working days after the expected delivery date for UK Tracked 48 orders, or 20 working days after the expected delivery date for European orders and 25 working days after the expected delivery date for ‘rest of world’ orders. Therefore please allow 15 working days before contacting me about a possible loss for UK orders, or 20 working days for European orders and 25 working days for international orders.
4.4 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), please e-mail me within seven days of receiving your order, and I will refund you within 30 days for the sum that has been paid by you. On exercising your right to cancel you will be required to return the goods in ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging and at your own expense. Should you fail to return the goods, I reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by us in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business customers.
4.5 If you are returning an order for refund, you will be refunded once I have received the order back.
4.6 If you are eligible for a refund, I will refund to the payment method used to pay for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify me of any changes to your card or contact details. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process.
4.7 If you return your book for a refund and I am charged a customs fee, I will deduct this fee from your refund.


5. Price, Pre-orders & Back-orders
5.1 Prices given in advertisements and mailshots are correct at the time of publication or sending, and I reserve the right to change prices without notice.
5.2 Pre-orders are orders placed before publication of the book. When the book is published, the normal price is charged. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5.3 Pre-order prices and special offers are only available to orders placed on this website and not to trade customers.
5.4 Publication and availability dates are given in good faith based upon information from suppliers, but are liable to change.
5.5 Discount codes given for leaving a review can be used a total of three times. I do not retrospectively apply the codes (if you forgot, the code expired or emails were delayed). Discount codes cannot be used on Panzer Tracts or discounted Panzerwrecks Series books.

6.4 If you choose to telephone your card details, I will destroy your details after the conclusion of the transaction.
6.5 When your order is shipped, your name and email address are passed to my review system, Reviews.io. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list or Reviews.io, click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email or contact me.
6.6 Although we use Facebook and Instagram, we do not employ the Facebook Pixel.
