Panzerdivision Hitlerjugend Vol.1.2 is based upon the unpublished War Diaries of SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt.25 & SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt.26, in addition to many documents and first-hand accounts, it was finally possible to establish the precise chronology of the Panzergrenadiere in Normandy in 1944. In this book, you will read about the daily lives of these young German soldiers who were to reveal themselves as tenacious fighters against the British and Canadian troops, day by day, often hour by hour. No one on either side was safe from the extraordinarily violent fight: considerable human loss and many war crimes.
