In Focus 1: Jagdpanzer 38 – ‘Hetzer’ book
In Focus 1: Jagdpanzer 38 (Hetzer) is the first in a new series of books from Panzerwrecks about the men and machines of World War 2.
As its title implies, the subject of this first book is the German Jagdpanzer 38 tank hunter – often (incorrectly) referred to as Hetzer. The subject has been written about before, and many photos have been published, but this book combines 20 years of original research and gathering materials to take a look at the vehicle using 117 rare large-format photographs over 112 pages. These pictures are complemented by seven specially commissioned high-quality artworks by highly acclaimed artist Felipe Rodna. The author and artist have worked together closely and incorporated the latest findings to offer readers the most authentic colour plates of the Jagdpanzer 38 yet published.
